Joost Smeets is Senior software architect at SPECTRAL Industries and Data analyst within the realm of DINAMINE project. For the DINAMINE project, he has contributed significantly in the aspects related to the Development of Mine Processing Model, the implementation of LIBS-sensor technology, and the elemental characterization of the material streams at both mine sites, FELMICA and SKALAND.

Joost Smeets and Marijn Sandtke from Spectral Industries attended the International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo (IMARC) from Oct. 29 to 31, providing exposure for the DINAMINE project. IMARC is Australia’s largest and most influential mining event, and a leading platform for the global mining industry.
